Default Nitrous compression ratio

On a D15/d16z6 mini me, what would be a safe compression ratio to run with a 50 shot of nitrous? assuming a strong bottom end.

With a stock bottom end you can run stock or a little more ie. 2 layer head gasket instead of 3. How much you can get away with is up to how well you can tune it. With a built bottom end and some good race gas you want as much compression as you can get.

Thanks.
My next question would be if I had a 50 shot wet or dry system set to go on only on WOT, on a completely stock d15 bottom end, would the rods hold? Thats what im worried about, the pencil thin d15 rods. Keeping in mind that im not gonna be running the nitrous every time i drive, probably only when im on the track. If these rods wont hold, what oem rods will with this d15b7/d16z6 mini me?

a rule of thumb for nitrous is on a wet kit, you can spray HALF of the motors output power for example. 1.6 sohc vtec motor is 126hp, a 60 shot would be fine with no upgrades.
