Default nitrous on 92 gsr

I want to hook up a 60 or 80 shot nos system on my 92 gsr with 77,000 miles, i am also going to get a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. I want to know if my motor can handle that. All i have is intake and exhaust. IF i squueze 80shot do you guys think ill bend valves or break anything or hurt my motor? please tell me soon, thanks everyone

no youll be cool . just watch with a higher shot on a dry kit . im just assuming your going dry.
on a dry kit 80 shot is too much and might lean out , at least it did on mine.
i would say max like 70 shot
as per nos techs they say max 60 shot on dry, but i know alot of guys going75 shots .
but other wise as long as you keep an eye on everything and dont get stupid or greddy with it , youll be fine
my suggestion is go wet. . that way if you do get greedy you have fuel to compensate a higher shot . also you get better effiency with a wet kit. it makes the n20 mixture more potent to say the least.and i know that for a fact cuz i had a dry kit and trans to a single fogger wet kit and i feel a huge difference

If you were smart and you wanted to do it right you could buy the venom nitrous kit that shuts down if you start to lean. out. This is a dummy kit and will take some of the dangers out of the picture. Remeber this too, once you spray nos you never want it to stop. You get tired of just vtec. You get the urge to spray the car on the way to the store. Be safe and happy hunting.

Back in the day, I squeezed 70 shot Direct Port on my 91 B18a. I just used an inline Fuel pump, and range 7 plugs and retarded igntion 2 degrees. Just like Gremlins you have to follow rules, never squeeze on: low bottle pressure <900 psi, under 3K RPM's, and ALWAYS check your plugs after every run. I ran mine for over 2 years, with no problems, except a fried OE clutch. Good Luck.
