which NGK's to use on integra

a while ago someone posted but i can't find it in the search but is it ZFR7es-11s for the integra or is it the BCP7s??? and i don't guess my local napa or pep boys will have it right? thanks, later.

Corey, you'll want the BKR7ES-11 plugs.

well i was using ZFR5es-11's because that was the easiest thing i could get my hands on...i've order the BKR7es-11's from clubplug.net for 17 and some change for a box of 10 but shipping was like 10 bux...thanks, later.
