People recommend NGK BKR7E-11 and NGK BCPR7ES-11 for turbo use. But what is the difference between them? Is one better then the other? I did some searchs here and nobody seem to have that answer. I found one post on clubSI which said the tips are the same but the heads different. They have the same heat range and the same gap, but should i be running one and not the other?

I needed some spark plugs and bought the bkr7e-11 but maybe i should have gotten the bcpr7es-11?

My setup is d16 + vtec + turbo (7-9psi).

Try a search, the spark plug issue has been covered many times.

 

i did do a search and read every post...but they were all "i run the bkr" and somebody else says "i run the bcs". But nobody described the differences between the two.

The main difference:

The BKR plugs have a projected tip.
