Default newbie question "yes Again'

well i put my turbo kit on my b16....had it tuned and i knew that the turbo seals were blown....so after the tune i had the turbo rebuilt by turbo exchange.... put it on and i noticed when i let off the gas(car goes into vacuum) a little puff of blue smoke will come out....but not everytime. did a compression check and it was 210 across the board...i believe that im running a -4an line...could that be the problem? if not any other ideas? thanx guys

Do you have a oil restrictor for the -4 line? If not, that could very well be the issue. Try using a -4an line WITH the oil restrictor....or just buy a -3an line and don't use the oil restrictor.
