Newb question abolut custom turbo.....
I think i have enough info and know how to build a turbo setup for my 99Si (b16). but in all the researched no one has ever talked about emissions with a custom turbo setup.Will i even be able to pass smog. I live in Ca. what kind of smog, street legal, emissions...issues will i have to consider.
