new to turbocharging

well im going to boost my jdm dohc zc. with stock internals what would be a safe amout of boost to run? also i have 2.25 inch exhaust from the header back will 2.5 be good or would 3 inch be better?

iv tried that every thing i type in it comes up with a diff motor thats turboed. maybe im typing in the wrong things?
