Default New Turbo, Exhaust Flange Question

Where can i get an exhaust flange for this turbo....

and how hard would it be to go from that size (appears to be 2.5 at most) to a 3' downpipe?

errr...that's a 5 bolt flange dude

Here's the 4 bolt 2.5" flange. Dunno if you can weld a 3" pipe to it though.

Here is the 3" 4 bolt flange, but ATP says to use it with the long neck turbine discharge.

This is the 2.5" to 3" V band adapter

You dont need both of anything, I'm just listing out your options. You cant use the 5 bolt flange you posted because you have a 4 bolt flange.

-You can use a 2.5" 4 bolt flange and see if a 3" pipe can be welded up to it. The reason I say I dont know if it will work is the edge of the flange might not leave enough room to make a good weld bead. If the 3" pipe is too large to go onto the 2.5" flange then you may have to get a 2.5" to 3" transition welded in the DP somewhere.

-You could use the 3" flange instead, but ATP says to only use it for the long neck GT turbine discharge flange.

-Your other option is 2.5" 4 bolt to 3" V-band adapter, which will be slightly more expensive.

pick one of the three, and see if it will "fit" with your setup.

Just get the v-band outlet. Then 3" downpipe is a given. Then pick up a SSAC 3" v-band set on Ebay (or 3) and a tight radius 3" bend from ACE stainless, and you have you exhaust well on its way.
