New to the Turbo crowd
Well I just got done installing my Greddy turbo kit this past weekend in my 95 GSR, and all I have to say is, Holy S***!!!! It's a whole new car! I did the install with my brother at his shop and it was really not that bad. We just took our time and things went well (the greddy instructions need some work though). I also installed a boost guage and an Endyne Oil Catch can. I also had one of the other guys at the shop put together a 2.5 in down pipe since the one that came with the kit was only 2in and that was not going to work to well with my carsound (2.5 attachement). So all in all I'm very happy with everything. Once installed, my buddy came over with his hondata stuff (I have a 2B) and his wide band and we did some tuning to make sure we were not to lean on any of the map and burned a chip. I plan on hitting the dyno soon but only after I get the intercooler, which I hope to have this weekend.
Here are some pics...
Here is the finished product (we painted the pipes)...
And the BOV...
The Catch Can...
The fabricated 2.5 in down pipe before and after painting...
Tunning Time!

Looks good.
Where did you get the parts for your downpipe (the flanges and O2 bung in particular)? Are you still using the Greddy elbow going from the turbo to the DP?
I assume your using the 18G that comes stock with the kit..how much boost are you running and when do you reach full boost? I'm curious because I'll be putting a Greddy manifold and 18G on my GSR motor very soon. Keep us posted whenever you dyno the car.

Re: New to the Turbo crowd (91CivicSi)
I got most of the parts from JC Whitney (even the mendrel bend) with the exception of the flange that connects to the cat and the O2 bung, I just went to a local muffler shop and got those for a total of $10. Full boost is somewhere between 3-4 grand (7 1/2 pounds) but to tell you the truth I have not paid the much attention to that at this point, my eye has been on the wideband O2 meter and the road (objects come up a lot faster now). I'll check it out and get back to you on when I reach the full boost. Also, I'm running the 18G that comes with the kit.

Re: New to the Turbo crowd (gsrhunny)
Okay a few questions, I try to answer them all...
First my brother actually did all of the painting, he used PPG Global (Milano Red) for the turbo tubing and for the downpipe he used Plasticote (Don't think that is the right spelling) high temp stuff.
As for the part numbers, I just found my order sheet. The parts are from www.jcwhitney.com.
Item 47RQ6169B - Tight-radius Mandrel-bent 304 Stainless Tubing
Quantity of 1 @ 34.29 Each
Item 21RQ3254N - 2-1/2"OD Tailpipe Tubing (7ft)
Quantity of 1 @ 17.69 Each
Item 24RQ0882T - Exhaust Pipe Flange, 3 Bolt Holes, 2-1/2" Center Hole
Quantity of 1 @ 2.29 Each
Like I said the O2 bung and the 2 bolt 2.5 in center hole flange I got from a local muffler shop since JC Whitney did not carry them.
As for dyno time and track time, I will post that info as soon as I get it. I hope to have the intercooler this weekend so once I get that I will schedule some dyno time. Thanks to everyone for the compliments!
