Looks like a damn good d16 buildup. THe only thing im questioning in your setup is the stock sleeves, everything else looks very solid. I would hate too see one of the sleeves let go when u do a race gas tune and wreck ur whole build. I just dont know about stock
d-series sleeves and over 300whp, i Know tuning can make or break ur build but thats a lot of power to be relying on the stock sleeves. Good luck keep us updated!

Very nice setup. I need to get off my *** and install this 2.5bar on my car soon and crank the boost up. Do you by any chance have the pinouts for the motorolla 2.5bar?

THATS WHY I HAVE A BLOCKGUARD..
Full-Race had a SOHC on the show PINKS and they made 450+ HP on stock sleeves w/a blockguard ;-)

^^ Send a PM to MTBER about pinouts on 2.5bar map sensors. he probably knows.

full-race? a block guard? i think ur drunk. full race did it on stock sleeves, yes, with NO block guard. block guards dont do dick unless u have them welded in

that doesnt mean anything..they only used car for very short time..my friend made over 500whp with a stock internal b18c but it only lasted a couple weeks with her driving,,so what does power level matter if it wont last long..

good luck to you though.. and i must say that im jealous of all the room in the engine bay compared to my rex/

stock sleeves will be fine.

i'm running 20+ psi through my d16 sleeves, have been for a few months, beating the crap out of it every day.

just made 254/297 wtq (rough tune, no cam tuning, etc)

thats a lot of torque. enough to rip the rear trans mount out of the case.
