Jordo,

with all due respect, there comes a time when you will have to stop swaping out so many parts. You are almost as hard as a women to please. Again, no disrespect just advice from an old guy...

OMFG! I just had a crazy thought, Why did you swap from the best manifold on the market to whatever that thing is? If there is one thing I dont like about the lovefab manifolds it has to be the outlet flanges. Have you measured the outlet size vs a T4 inlet. WTF! How could that be better?

must not be hurting much if power was still made Reguardless, we can do whatever flange the customer chooses. Making another one right now that uses a dedicated T4 flange, only T4 holes.
If power is down from where it "should" be with the T3 outlet size, we will swap the manifold out to see if the power is back up to par. My predictions are that the power will be very nice!
Also, if Jordo ran a 4" exhaust, Im sure the benefits would be even nicer. As it sits, the 4" downpipe flares back down to 3", out a Thermal exhaust. Some argue this increases velocity, etc, but from what Ive learned through my 3 years here is bigger is better

Allow the manifold to evacuate enough energy to slow the turbo down enough to NOT spike to 14psi when youre trying to run only 7psi. This is a bad thing if you care about low boost...

he did also go from a t3 turbo to a t4...
so even that little that he did gain was probably from the turbo........

This is a weird post.. Yes Jordan - you got love from H-T.. But you complain about being broke and not being able to finish your set up etc, then your swapping parts out like a mother. I dont understand why switch from a T3 to a full T4 with a .58? Whats the theory?

Anyways - it looks good, I hope the tune that you put on it is good. Good luck - keep us updated.

I think 9:1

Oh, my bad. It must be like 11:1 for it to make good power like that

nice numbers.. question about the top mount manifold, will the manifold crack or break due to so holding up that heavy turbo? is that manifold reliable and how much did you get it for?

The collector looks weird on that manifold. It looks like #2 and #3 come it at like a 15 degree angle ACROSS the collector. Are there any better pictures that show the collector angle more clearly?

I'm running the same turbo in my car. It reacts about the same way as it looks on your dyno chart where it doesn't do much until about 200 RPM before it gets to full boost, then it hits all at once. I like it, but I definitely see it being a restriction and I plan to go up a size or two after getting a dyno run in on it.

Also, you changed A/Fs quiet a bit between the "low" boost pulls (even though they are both way low boost anyway).

also, this was a test manifold.. there is always improvement after the 1st one.
edit: this manifold was actually to my spec also. I wanted to try some theroies to see if i could improve spool up time. Lovefab just made it for me.

Your a mad man. Good job on tuning yourself that is impressive. I guess changing out so many setups will definitely give you first hand experience which is a good thing if you are selling products.

Just don't go pleading poverty anytime soon.
