i think thats a 46...could be wrong.

The 60mm is a bitch to fit on most manifolds, we've done a few with HKS 60mm's...

I thought so too, but if it is, it's not a standard 46. It has V band on both inlet and outlet and the body is the same shape as the 44's, not like how the 46's are with those "fins".

I wonder how they compare in flow to the Turbonetics NewGen wastegate with a swing valve type design for better flow compared to a poppet valve like the tial.

we have tried this gate in the past (NewGen) when it was first introduced and ran into problems with the gate getting hung open.

I have talked to a few drag racers who have used it with no problems and like it, is it possible you got a defective unit? They did not fix it for you?

Wow! Looks nice. What kind of manifold/engine are you guys going to be testing this with? Try taking pictures of it next to a 44 or something so we can see the size difference.

BTW, I checked out Bergenholtz's D Sport feature from 2003 and it does say he had a Tial 60. I wonder why Tial took so long to release this?

We are testing this on 2 different setups, one is a honda with a 42r and the other is a Single turbo BBC that is having boost control issues.

yes this wastegate has been around for a while now and made its way into certain peoples hands, I placed this order well over 2 years ago with tial when at first the told me it didnt exsist. I told them whenever they fianlly get them finished to send it my way. I give tial alot of credit for keeping their word and getting me the unit after all this time and not forgetting.
