Default The New Plan

Allright, so currently I have a 00 Si. I'm having a lot of fun with this car, but bottom line is that it is too damn expensive. I pay $700/month for payment and insurance. I spray a NX 75 shot on it and have had some really nice kills. To be frank, a lot of turbo'd cars have been had by me.

Anywho, I can afford the nasty car payments and insurance, but hell...I could do so much more with a car cheaper, so my new goal is set. Im going to be looking around for a 92-95 Civic hatch EG. From there, grab a cheap B18B and of course...its time for boost.

I'm at the very begining stage of all this and I want to do my research the right way. I know probably everything there is to know about nitrous kits, setups, etc...but know very little about boost. What are the pros and cons of the different kits, add-ons, etc? Any words of wisdom?

smart thinking.. you can pick up a 92-95 hatch for like 2k and get a b18b complete for like 400 bucks max.

$400 for the motor right...(not complete swap)? I'll probably end up pulling a motor out of a junk yard...or maybe ordering from a friends shop..(depending on price).

yeah...I figured since no VTEC the wiring will be plug and play...

Allright so either way I shouldn't pay more than $1,000 for complete swap?
