Re: New pics of my turbo EK4 (Racerage1)
The power on a Dyno Dynamics dyno is 430 WHP. Another car I did had 250 WHP on a Dyno Dynamics but 318 on a Dynojet.
Dynojet WHP would be somewhere over 500WHP I assume.
I have only raced it once and did 11.5 @ 131 mph. Haven't had time to race it again, but I hope to soon. That pass was the 5th I have done in my life, so obviously I could do with some practise. It spun convincingly in 1st, 2nd & 3rd with the little 22 x 8 x 15 Mickey T's.

Re: New pics of my turbo EK4 (boostedsol)
I actually plan on fitting a bigger intercooler. There is a measurable pressure drop with the current Intercooler and I'm sure a better flowing unit would give more power. A friend of mine builds Intercoolers and can get 4" thick tube and fin cores. This will give me better flow and still be lighter than the Bar and Plate core I have now.

Siiiiick!! Damn you don't see setups like these that often. Sweet job on the manifold. How's the spool on that turbo? What are the specs on it?

No link with hypertune in malaysia.
Turbo is an IHI RX6. Ball bearing turbo with 61mm x 82mm compressor can't remember the turbine size but I think the exducer is around 57mm. Turbine is a P22 equivalent A/R is approximately .89.
Spool up isn't too bad but it doesn't really hit hard untill around 6K. I rev it to 10500 so it does have a good power band.
Here is a pic of when I first built the manifold. You can see how the heat has discoloured it.

What toda camshafts are you using and why?
Just curiouse. I'm tyring to build a nice all motor B16 that will be revativly boost friendly with out having to change out anything except for the turbo installation.
