do you mean slanted? i think it's slanted cuz it's a stock bumper and there's not enuff room behind it for that BIG intercooler

yeah,it is slanted to get more air to the intercooler.it also gets some through holes on the bottom.

it is as low as it will go and still fit the slicks under it.

as far as traction goes,besides being able to use a drag radial,i don't see how a smaller wheel and tire would help traction.please elaborate.

Agreed. The bigger wheel would lower the fd, putting out less torque, after it goes through the gears. Less torque avail. would mean less chances of spinning, but it wouldn't be like night & day, esp. with that big beautiful intercooler in the front

Ya, it'd be kinda like trying to launch with 45psi in your 15" tires, but if you're not drag racing with those wheels I guess it doesn't matter.
