Default New motor and tunning question.

I am buying another b18b block and will be swapping my turbo stuff onto this motor. The new motor is using 9.0:1 pistons, and has a PnP. My current set up is tuned on Hondata, and is set upfor the stock piston C/R. Will my tune work with the new motor kinda like a base map untill I can get it retuned, or am I going to have major problems? Thanks, Ramsey.

The tune will most likely run the car decently but I do not advise taking it under heavy load.
