New motor, need input
I am thinking about buying this motor,
I have a freshly rebuild B16A2 Motor that has been Built up for Turbo.
Here is what it has.
Block:
Wisco 9.0 Pistons
Eagle H-Beam Rods
Golden Eagle Sleeves
Closed Block Deck
Fully Balanced to 10,000 RPM
Tops of Pistons & Bearing coated
with Polydyn Coating
Head:
Full Port & Polish
5-angle Valve Job
Comp-Cam Turbo Cams
Titanium Retainers & upgraded Springs
Ferrea Over-sized valves
Edle-Brock Victor-X Manifold
Triple layer Copper Head Gasket
Teflon Intake manifold gasket
ARP Head studs
Polydyn Coated Combustions Chamber
Motor is Complete and together, will need to assemble cams and timing belt. Needs a transmission and a Turbo kit. Block is rated to 32 PSI and should run between 400-500 HP depending on final set up. This motor has Never been Started, and is still on the engine stand.
does this seem like a good turbo motor to you guys? also if it has never been started, how can i check it out to make sure it will run?
