New IC Piping pictures
Ok got this IC piping from Spoolin Performance and it didn't fit (but was to be expected). What do you guys think about fitment and clearnece (my cars been on jack stands and am not sure if I'm going to have problems with how low it is)
Here's the 2.5" pipe that didn't fit well with downpipe.
Ok here's the new fitment w/ 2" pipe to clear downpipe

Re: (BoostedEG6)
ic piping can be difficult at time since every part could be different. i noticed most of hese ic piping kits are for bottom mountetedin let holes on the ic. mines center mounted and i had some troubles, just mess with it till it works, cut if needs be.

No need to make derogatory remarks about spooling, there is no way he could make a kit for every possible set-up. Some fab is to be expected when your doing a hmt set-up. I would say the first pics not so good the subsequent set is better.

What's ghetto? Its all stainless pipe and greater emphasis on welds rather than coupler usage.

Re: (D-meet07)
You guys are funny.. The tie wraps just used them to hold it together for fitment, LOL . I'm really going to weld the 2" pipe together and use silicone couplers w/ t-bolt clamps. The "2.5 steel kit" where from Spoolin Performance (This kit was pretty good and the rest of the piping I didn't have to do much with). The last pipes are also just a rough in for the final piece (will be welded joints). Just wondering about height of pipes because my car is pretty low on full coilovers.

Re: (BoostedEG6)
you can tuck it up more. put a 45 on the outlet and tuck it in front of the downpipe.
D series greddy kits have this problem. kind of the reason why i hate selling fmic pipin kits to most greddy turbo owners.
bring it by ill weld it and bead roll it up for ya

Re: (project dc2)
Thanks Phil. Hey do you 2" pipe that you can make something cleaner then the rough piece I made? I used 2 180 degree bends cut up to make that piece. I would like a better piece for the last part from the turbo. The rest of it I'm happy with.

Phil welded up this piece for me looks good PS NO MORE TIE WRAPS! LOL (Thanks Phil. If you need IC Phil is the man!)
Hitting where the OEM Fog lights would go..
Does anyone know about IC piping fitting with OEM Fogs?

yea, get a huge intercooler, flip it upside down, put the intercooler puping up in the top of the bumper, where the metal bumper usually resides...
you arent going to fit fogs in there with the intecooler you have.

Re: (RevTek 6)
It can be done. Instead of mounting your intercooler underneath the bumper, mount it up against the radiator support. My ic is the same size as yours, but I have an ek, but that shouldn't matter as eg fogs are nowhere near the size of ek. You probably should have thought about your fogs before buying all your IC piping though.
