Lets see..what will happen...they sell it for 600+ then they sell a lot and price goes up 300.00 bux and they get backed up 6 weeks lol. Then it will happen all over again. </TD></TR></TABLE>
Sorry but thats all i see is gonna happen, if the guy who is making this mani can keep up with the demand and not kill himself from all the work that is gonna be involved more power to him...

I completely agree, the senseless bickering and **** talking just because someone else makes a manifold is so old by now. I mean ****, when are people going to get over it. Although there are tons of people selling the same style manifold, there's apparently a market for it. If the full-race is above and beyond the best manifold then I'm sure he'll have his niche, and other "lower quality" manifolds will have theirs.
And if he starts his manifold out at whatever price and it jumps up $300 what do you guys care? That's upto the person that's making this manifold.
And while I personally wouldn't buy this manifold, it's probably a harsh statement to say that this manifold is half the quality of other ones. For people considering this manifold or a Inlinepro for a similar price, this manifold doesn't look bad. Just because things aren't perfect doesn't make it a poor manifold.

Well I can't weld and I'm sure alot of posters can't either. So when someone does learn how to weld and will with time get better at it, I think some credit is due. Alot of us are in no place to judge what someone is working so hard to achieve. I bet in a year from now if he keeps welding, he will have a fantastic manifold. You get a pat on the sholder from me.

It's one thing to let your products speak for themselves, it's another to completely downgrade your competitors in every way shape or form. I was originally looking to get a full-race, but I'll be thinking about that some more. I'm not sure if I want to deal with a company that resorts to unethical tactics to win their customers over. I believe in an honest and trustworthy business. That's just my 0.02.</TD></TR></TABLE>
Good man Len. I agree 100,000%. EDIT: Rant about full-race deleted.
Len, get with me later about your turbo setup.

Back on topic...what makes your design innovative? Why is your manifold special?
As you can see there are already some pretty impressive products on the market made by some incredible people...what is different about yours?

I think this is a good thing your right just from looking at it it's not the same quality as the full-race or the lovefab but may be this will get them to bring down there price a little. I'm not trying to say anybodyÂ’s manifold is better. If I had $1200 right now I would get a full-race in a hart beet. So maybe this will make them drop there prices (crossing fingers).
Nice to see you post over here in the forced induction Jeff I haven't see you on HT in a long time but I never go to the all motor that could explain it.

This post reminds me of 2 high school girls that are the top dogs at the school and then the new girl comes walkin in the door and they get jealous cause shes trying to be like them or so they "think" she is....So then it turns into you bitch you stole my outfit, thats my color of lipstick, you aint takin my man, blahdie blahdie blah, but the other girl meant nothing by it she just wanted to show everyone that she had somethin to offer too, I mean she is the new girl....She wasnt gonna steal their men or **** around to try and get popular overnight...No she just wants to fit in and show people she has her special parts and abbilities and can be competiton but not until she is around for a while and proves herself worthy of competing with the 2 top girls in the school............
I think im switching my major to inspirational bullshit 101
, sorry this post just reminded me of that analogy (maybe im just really messed up in my head)
....Not intended to offend, just for fun

Yeah it looks like a Full Race, but he's not advertising/selling them as Full-Race so lay off the guy.
Personally, I think the manifold would perform great for those who don't have the $1200 to shell out on a FRM.
People have been making in excess of 500hp on log style manifolds... for you guys to bicker about the collector -- you get what you pay for.

Collector transition and length need some work. For this type of w/g location you need to either make the collector longer or move the w/g to a location that pulls more exhaust from all of the runners. Some type of expansion slit needs to be added to the flange to help prevent warpage.
Can we get pic of the welds inside of the runners? Are you grinding down the highspots to prevent hotspots? What type of craftsmanship guarantee do you give? DO you offer T4 and T3 flanges? Do you offer HKS and Tial w/g flanges?
I will only say this about Geoff: I know how much research he has put into his design because I gave a few pointers before started his mockups and viewed the progression from mockup to finished product. He has every right to criticize DIRECT COPIES of his design. Copycatting is a form of flattery but copies do not deserve any KUDOS until they are proven to be cost effective designs that can produce the same amount of performance and have the same quality of craftsmanship. Copycatting can actually hurt the market if the design and craftsman is below par. I live in the motherland of copycatting where pretty manifolds fall apart after one 750*C run down the strip=(
Your mani looks nice but it needs some refining
The main different in this manifold is the metal that he uses 316 ss metal, and full race, lovefab, and overblown uses 304 ss. They all are 8 gauge. Brain's manifold also has a tilt on the collector which i don't know if its better or not, but this is how he makes the turbo clear the raditor with out running the runners so close together. Also his wastegate exit on the side of the manifold, unlike the others they exit out the front. I believe that overblown also exit on the side on his WG.
