Icon2 New head install??

I'm getting my head work done with sk2 pro series valves, spring, ret. I'm also grabbing a set of pro stage 1 cams. I currently have gsr cams in my head now before swapping for my new head. Car will be getting a t67 turbo put on it. Already turbo'd now, but smaller turbo. My question is, when I install my new head with the gsr cams, until I get to the tuner, will I have to do anything to the valves and stuff when I throw my sk2 cams in? ex. valve lash. not to sure what it means, but heard about it. Any help is greatly appreciated, as I don't want to mess anything up.

And those cams have to be dyno tuned so that they will idle/make the most power.
