Default New to FI just some ???HELPPPPPPPP

Wassup I am really interested in FI and I am tryin to get the $ to build a custom turbo. I have been researching quite alot. I just got a question. How do you adjust boost? Is it the wastegate? And do you need a boost gauge to know how much you are boosting? Also why are there two flanges on some of the wastegates? I know you FI guys know the answer to my easy questions, hehe. Thanks in advance, and hope you guys are helpful and not asses. One.

The wastegate controls the boost. You can change the level of boost you run with a different spring in the wastegate or a boost controller. Some wastegates work more sucessfully than others. If you look around on this board you'll find a lot of people prefer Tial wastegates over turbonetics deltagates. One flange attaches to the turbo manifold and one flange attaches to the dumptube. Yes a boost gauge is helpful.

By the way.. you're a @#$%&*!! noob. Just had to get that out of the way.

I have been a member as long as you have, and i have half the post you do, you know why, because i know how to use the https://honda-tech.com/zerosearch Details uh

As for your question about the dumptube, it is recommended, so flames do shoot out into your engine bay and melt/ruin things in it.

Ya I've tried that so dont make no stupid assumptions. And BTW this is one of the few times I posted questions instead of answers. Some things I know and some I dont. And if I don't I will ask. Aight. ANyway thanks for the help, and for being a smartass.
