Default a new beast! Back from hell!

I should have about 300-330 hp, but the cltchnet stage 2 was slipping in 4th and 5th above 7000rpm, so we didīnt go on the dyno. The Haltech is doing a great job and the fuel map is 99% adjusted. The timing is setted very safe, cause we didīnt get to the dyno. We drove about 500km with wide band O2 sensor on the Autobahn for the fuel and timing adjustment. The car pulls like some elephant is kickin your azz.

After I drove home, suddenly the clutch could hold 4th gear, and sometimes 5th up to redline. (now @ 8700 but will be raised when on dyno)

Also the cam gears are not adjusted yet.

Boost was at 1,15 Bar maximum, but I donīt get this Apexi Boostcontroler, must study the manuel again. The 440cc injectors are big enough for that boost, but they are nearly maxed aut. My fuel press was always 3,5 Bar. Perhaps we will raise the fual press to 3,8 or so.

All in all Iīm extremely happy now and I canīt wait to race some high hp cars.

MY boost:
0,3 Bar at 3000
0,6 Bar at 4500
0,9 Bar at 5500
1,1 Bar from 5800 up.

What do you think? It seems like the Apexi is holding the boost back when Iīm playing with the duty percents. This is setted to 1,0 Bar and 47 duty percent. Sounds okay? When I adjusted it to 33% boost is climbing up to 1,6 Bar ...but when I set the duty percent higher, the boost is building up slower in all rpms. I want a setting where the wastegate is opening when the setted boost is reached. How is this simple thing possible?

Must also conntect the speed, rpm and TPS too to the Apexi, not done yet.

That's sweet man. You're lucky that you can drive the Autobahn.
