A few basic features off the top of my head that are really cool to have...
Launch control, with ignition retard and fuel enrichment, activated by TPS and/or vehicle speed. Can be set to turn off at a certain speed to help limit wheel spin.
Individual cylinder trim, ingition AND fuel! You know how #3 always goes? Take bit of timing out of #3 and/or add some fuel!
Gear comp, fuel and ignition. You know how you still can't get traction in first gear with the boost turned all the way down? Pull some timing in first gear to knock the power down some more!
IAT correction, no more having to retune with drastic weather changes, you know have control over temperture compensations.
Switchable maps, have 2 completely seperate maps (high cam and low cam) switchable by various conditions. You know how you have 2 chips for your hondata that you have to change out with race gas? Not any more!
Oh, and cheaper than hondata, what more do you want!?
Those are the main benefits that i can think of off the top of my head, but there's a ton of little bells and whistles that are improvements over hondata. There's much more in store too, as we give JR input on what we the tuners would like to see and what the customers want, he's busy at work doing it! I've asked for 5-6 things that i'd like to see in the system and they've all been done in a day or two! Can't beat customer service like that.

downside is user doesnt have control of the system... u take it to a shop and they tune it for you... you cant go and make the little changes if u want.
that is why i opted for the ems.

I just wanna make sure. Hondata doesnt have any kind of drastic temperature control? As in it gets like 110 here sometimes and 0 other times throughout the year. Neptune would be able to compensate and hondata would not is that correct?

If I understand it correctly if it is fully IAT compatiable, it will adjust your fuel according to the temperature outside, and make sure that you are running the same or around the same A/F that your tuner set for you.
With hondata if you tune say during summer when its 100 degrees, then you dont retune during winter when it could get 0 degrees, your car would lean out quite a bit, b/c afaik hondata isnt able to compensate for a very big amount of temperature change
