i think its more impressive if one person can come out with a great product instead of a larger company/corporation.

Can someone please elaborate on why this program is so much better? I mean the whole uberdata vs. hondata argument is all based on uberdata being 'free.' Is this the same thing; its 'cheaper' then hondata so its better? I'm curious so please someone fill me in

Additional features are being tweaked and added as we speak such as JR just added in a feature to do gear based timing/ignition control.
Take a look at this for an overall view:

Features:

*Tunable Maps* (Visible as Tables, 2D Line Maps, 2D Bar Maps, and 3D Maps)
-Ignition maps: 4 sets of 24x24 Ignition maps... Two for low cam (When vtec is inactive) and two for high cam (When vtec is active)
-Fuel maps: 4 sets of 24x24 fuel maps... Same as listed above...
-Ability to tune non-vtec setups above 8000rpm...
-High cam maps are expandable to any set RPM level...
-Switch to secondary maps based on RPM, a user selectable input (Inputs TBA), MAP load, or TPS load... or any combination of the above...
-Fully adjustable and rescalable RPM breakpoints and Load breakpoints... (You can utilize all 24x24 for NA maps for precise tuning etc and use the secondary maps for boost for example... or any combination of load levels between the two separate maps)
-Primary and Secondary maps can be set to use the MAP sensor or the TPS sensor as a reference for load individually...
-Copy/Paste current selection, igntion/fuel maps, RPM breakpoints, and load breakpoints... Selectable...
-Export/Import ignition, fuel, RPM breakpoints, Load breakpoints, and a/f ratio maps... Selectable...
-Drag and drop importing...
*Boost*
-High resolution boost maps for use with up to 5bar map sensor...
-Boost control with configurable output (For use with XS dual stage type boost controllers) based on selectable input, RPM, MPH and TPS...
-Boost cut based on load... It will cut for 1000RPMs before picking back up...
-Advanced NA tools and boost tables creator... Ability to setup new NA load/TPS/boost load tables starting at any given column and any given load (Used to setup stepped tables for more resolution at specific load levels)... Ability to specify increments for load step... Ignition retard per PSI and fuel enrichment per PSI are available under boost tables...
*Spray control*
-For use with water injection, intercooler sprayers, and brake misters...
-User configurable output based on selectable input, RPM, IAT, Load, TPS, and MPH...
*Nitrous Control*
-User selectable activation input...
-User configurable output based on RPM, Load, TPS, and MPH...
-Nitrous ignition retard...
-Nitrous fuel enrichment...
-Option to switch to secondary maps on output... Allows you to use the secondary maps to tune for Nitrous specifically...
*Full Throttle Launch/Shift (AKA 2-Step/3-Step)*
*FTL*
-Activated by MPH only, user selectable input, or adjustable and activated/deactivated by TPS threshold... Speed threshold determines FTL/FTS activation...
-Ignition retard...
-Fuel Enrichment...
*FTS*
-Activated by user selectable input (Clutch switch)...
*A/C Cutoff*
-Cut AC above RPM or TPS...
-Cut AC below RPM...
*MIL Shiftlight*
-MIL output activated at selected RPM, codes are still displayed if there is a problem...
*Traction control*
-Info coming soon
*Datalogging*
-Datalogging and playback for most major sensors, inputs/outputs, and special features...
-Map Trace
-A/F ratio logging with exportable/importable A/F data maps... Common sensors supported, plugins can be added for additional sensors... Also visible as percentage difference based on target a/f table...
-Digital Dashboard application free for all customers...
*Extra features*
-Adjustable Low and High Cam Rev Limits...
-Adjustable VTEC points for high/low load...
-Adjustable high/low load TPS threshold for vtec...
-VTEC engagement only above set manifold pressure
-Fuel enrichment values for main fuel, cranking, tps enrichment, ect enrichment, and post start enrichment...
-Individual cylinder trim...
-Adjustable IAT correction maps...
-Gear based fuel correction...
-Complete idle control... Normal target idle controls as well as cold start idle maps with adjustable ECT temperatures and RPM values...
-IACV duty cycle adjustment...
-IAB control...
-Various sensors can be disabled...
-Closed Loop disable...
-Editable Closed Loop thresholds...
-Disable Closed Loop above specified load...
-Target O2 voltage...
-Adjustable deceleration fuel cut...
-Ability to clear codes with the brake pedal...

There's more on http://hrtuning.com/index.php?page=neptunefeatures, don't forget about Individual Cylinder Ignition and Fuel Trim as well...

There's some very advanced features in the tuning application itself as well that aren't listed there...

Simply put if you have the option to be tuned by one of the very few neptune tuners there is no point of getting hondata. You may as well **** away your money. It will do the same thing hondata does for a lot less money. I'm happy with my neptune setup.

I have heard too much about Neptune being real buggy still. I think the concept is great, and there are lots of really cool features included.

I still could not live without something I can tune myself....and datalog.

Buggy? The two minor quirks that I wouldn't even consider as actual bugs have been cleared up... Datalogging is available as stated above... If you want to tune your own setup this simply isn't for you...

Alot actually... http://hrtuning.com/index.php?page=neptunefeatures and more in the actual tuning application itself...

I am really impressed with the system. Getting the car setup and running is a breeze. The features are incredible. The thing I like most is the contiunuing development of the system. There are new features almost everyday. Mad props to HRtuning and his ECU dissection skills.
