Default Need your input????????????

Im swapping a dohc zc into my 1991 crx. This is a daily driver/racer when i need to and wanted something reliable and fast (180-200whp) Okay im peicing a turbo kit together. I want a decent size turbo. T-25 is to small. Wondering how a t3 super 60 would work with this motor. Okay now fuel. I will be using the 88-89 integra ecu and turbo edit. What size injectors and fuel pump should i purchase? I know the rods are weak and was wondering where i can find low comp. pistons and forged rods for this motor. Also read at high boost, the head separates from the block, ruining the head gasket. Will i need to modify this with this setup and is there a thicker, high quality head gasket for this motor. Please inform me of anything else suggested for this setup. I read that the crx dx tranny sucks with this motor. How much better is the si tranny and what axles do i use with the zc tranny. Thanks

T3 "super 60" would work great for your goals. Almost overkill.

Stock fuel system is adequate.

Injectors for a safe 200 hp:

200/4 *BSFC, say .55 for safety would be 27.5 lb-hr, or about 290cc/min. (Far smaller than most run)

Pistons and rods, no advice there.

ARP head studs will cure the head lifting issue.

yea id like to add. if your forging your internals go with either cp or je pistons, and eagle rods. you may have to get your block re-sleeved to match up with your pistons. as far as feul goes, you may want to go up to 390cc injectors. tuning is everything if your going turbo. AEM EMS, Hondata, or Uberdata did you say your looking for 200whp after the turbo kit or before? 200whp after the turbo should be a walk in the park...

you probably wont have to worry about replacing axels if your staying with low hp
