No ****. It's called a FWD car on tiny drag radials with a lot of power. There isn't going to be a magical band aid that lets you go WOT right out of the hole in first gear, except for maybe a D15 swap and the un-turbo mod.

I really can't imagine your having that bad of a traction problem with an LS at 8 pounds. Practice your launching. Your probably making about as much power as I am. I think if you just practice your launches you should be fine. A few things that would help are a Quaife LSD and a staged boost controller. Practice your launching. Run a little less boost in 1st and 2nd, then when your in 3rd gear run full boost. Oh and practice your launching.

p.s. did I say practice your launching?

.....Yeah, you might just want to practice your launching too.

2 stage boost controler will help you get out of the hole...idk how effective it'll be with like, 5psi in 1st , then 8psi in 2nd 3 4 5...

no way in hell an eg boosted ls at 8psi has traction problems in 3rd gear.......You must be on some 13 inch wal-mart tires. My b16 makes 275whp at 11psi and i spin 3rd a tiny bit on 205/50R15 azenis. Youd be lucky to be making 250whp at 8psi. And no way in hell you are spinning drag radials in 3rd gear. I think your clutch is slipping and you cant tell the difference.

Either way hes not spinning 3rd especially on drag radials. Like i said his clutch is slipping and he doesnt know the difference. If hes spinning 3rd he needs to take off his 13" wal-mart drag radials.

Well duh, that's why I said practice. It's obviously driver error. Or like you said it's his wal-mart tires.
