Default Need some help with AEMs F/IC

I want to get this for obd2 boost..

but im not sure what model i need and how the wiring works.

The actual F/IC is $400 and then i think theres a premade wiring harness i could get thats another $400, but im not sure if i can make my own. Not to mention, they don't have a 96 accord one for sale yet.. even though it says its compatible.

so my question is, would the AEM F/IC 30-1910 work for my 96 accord EX, and can i make my own wiring harness or do i need to buy one from them?

Why wouldn't you be able to make one? Of course you can, it'll come with instructions on how to wire it in.

idk i got really confused when reading about it, it said it plugs into the ecu and then the F/IC.. so wouldnt the F/IC need to be vehicle specific?

its simple to install all the wires are labled just have to know a little about the sensors you are wiring ex: hall type or magnetic pick up type and you will be all good.

very easy to install but they offer you pnp harness to make it even easier. You can use the harness that comes with it and hardwire it in. I have sold and installed a few of them. $400 is a little on the high end too.

oh really. how much are they supposed to go for? i can't really find them online.. well i don't think i can atleast because im not sure which model im supposed to get. IE like the 30-1910, or the 30-1911 ect, ect.

i finally get the wiring thing now that i've actually seen whats in the kit now, its bacically just a splice and dice kind of thing.. im guess the best way to do it is the "intercept" way. They look like they supply really good directions too.

so now i just need to know what model will work for me.

honestly for 800 you should just look for a used aem ems, which i happen to have but if your gonna make your own harness you cant beat the $400 price tag of the FIC

1910 is the correct one for you, also you will need a really good tuner to stay emissions compliant and i mean really good.

i have a tuner, and i don't need them to be perfect, techincally as long as the air to fuel stays the same i wouldn't be producing shitty emissions.. plus its just read of the obd2 port here.. as long as its in spec when they read it it passes.

also how do you know i need the 30-1910
