Default need some help/advice

Ok I have searched and gone through about 100 posts and I am still rather confused? I have a 94 rs integra (motor is stock) that has a JRSC on it at the stock 6psi, plus the usual intake/header stuff.

I have gotten some new spark plugs (ngk BKR7E), now my question is what should the gap setting be for these plugs and engine set up? I have read everywhere form .028-.048, they are currently gaped to .035 from what I can tell. I was thinking of just leaving them like that and putting them in, but I do not really want to risk damage to the motor. Any advise would be greatly appreciated as I do not really know too much about the reasons behind the gaping procedure.

Thanks in advance

I'm turbo, but I just run .030, seems to work fine. At that boost level you are not going to be blowing out the spark so it should work.

Thanks for the reply, so then the current .035 gap should be ok to use with my set up?
