Default Need some Feedback on the GT3037 for a built B18C1 application

I've driven in GT3540Rs in EVOs and other vehicles, but not a GT2540 in a honda. I've been driving a GT35E in my built honda for several months, and honestly, though I had over 360whp @227ft-lbs, it was VERY laggy when it came to road racing. I understand the GT35Rs characteristics, and am preparing another Honda B18C1 2.0 created for drag race, but the B18C1 even fully built has totally different characteristics than the 4G63, so I understand the characteristics of the turbo itself, but would like to get a bit more personal feedback on the GT3037 for road race. Technically speaking, it seems as though it is very similar to a T3/T04E 60 trim turbo, but more efficient. Do you believe that it would be more effective on 14psi B18C1 applications, even though the engine has never to really been known to have torque in the powerband?

Please give me some feedback based upon ACTUAL personal experience, if you please.
