I've searched and I've been seeing different ways to hook up an oil catch can
I already plugged up the breather box hole with a freeze plug and need hook up the hoses now.
can i just run the two prelude fittings to my block and then run hoses to those fittings coming from the two fittings of the catch can?
if that works, i'd just have to plug of the nipple on the intake manifold right?

Yes. You can run it like that and all that's left to do is plug the V/C vent tube and the intake manifold vacum line in nipple.
..but ideally you want a seperate line and fitting for the return line.
Also depending on how much HP you plan on making the 2 lines off the back may not be enough. Most of the name brand high HP Bseries setups have 4 in one out... although on most sub 500hp builds that's probobly excessive.
