Default need some help on a turbo decision

i was about to use a To4e 50 trim turbo on my setup when my friend said he'll sell me his turbo it's a Te61 61 trim for $300 ( his car blew up) i'm uncertain about the mileage on the to4e turbo but the te61 has about 2,000 miles if that on it...i have a motor with built internals and i'm just wondering if i should use the to4e turbo or should i use the te61 i'm trying to make enough power to run low 11's or mid 10's.....any help would be greatly appriciated....any body use the te61?

Pm me. Let's look over some options based upon the POWER that you think you want to acheive. just because the turbo is $300, there may be some difficulty in completing the right project simply because of flangin/gasket issues, as well as fitment and use. What are your goals? Are you prepared to purchase the right supplemental equipment for higher hp applications? Don't think about PSI, think about the power, use, and budget to work for you best.
