need to pass emissions

i have the drag kit, fmu(8:1), vafc, 310's, inline pump. etc.....
wat exactly would i need to take out and wat can i keep on the car. and anyone in the DC area want to help??? fee for helping is a big steak dinner, or something in that line...

oh, and i have no cat. just the dp to my n1 exhaust.

well if the $100 smog check dont work out, i need to know wat i can take out and wat i can keep on the car. and how long usually wouldit take??? i have until jan. 7th i believe.
