Default Need opinions on what to do

I have an h23a1 in my prelude right now. I want to rebuild and go turbo. I really can't go any longer than about 2 weeks without a car so I was going to buy another block and rebuild that. Here comes the problem:

I'm having problems finding an h23a1 block. A local shop has an h22 longblock for $300. I'm trying to get as many opinions as possible on whether I should spend the extra money getting an h22 and building that or just building the h23..If I go with the h22 then I would have to spend a bunch of money on other things like intake manifold, vtec head, and anything else that doesn't fit my h23 engine bay. Is it worth it? Or should I just buy an h23 block, rebuild and then throw that in with what I already have? I got a few opinions on another board but I'm looking for as many as possilble. I'm trying to decide if the added expense of an engine swap is worth it. The turbo system will be a custom setup..I already have the turbo which is a t3/t4 .48a/r turbine .60trim. Not sure on the mani yet. Waiting for Maxrev to have an h23 application or I could go with SFP. If I get the h22, I would still stick with one of those 2...Or maybe F-Max.
