I'm about to purchase this tranny tomorrow and want to make sure it is what he claims it is. He purchased it at one6 motorsports

Seller says it a JDM GSR W/LSD but the bell house casing has V4D stamp on it and no LSD stamp.

it is possible someone added an lsd at one time.

 

but from the looks of it does it have LSD?

 

Looks like LSD to me...can see straight through it.

 

someone along the line probally put an aftermarket diff in it. By the looks that isn't a factory diff.

 

what kind of trny oil should i use? oem

 

looks about the size of the hole in the middle of a quaife or obx lsd.

use regular 10/30 engine oil or honda 30wt manual transmission oil

you can also use syncromesh from gm, works realy well
