Default Need help with turbo sizing

ok i know this doesnt involve a honda but ive read here for a couple years now and you guys really know your **** about turbos. anyways, car is a 1999 Z28 6 speed with a rebuilt and forged 348 (5.7) with some stock ported silverado heads and a stock 02+ Z06 cam. most guys reccomend a turbo around the t76 size and most that run them with a combo similar to mine end up having a powerband about 2500rpm long. i would like something longer than that maybe 3500-4k rpms long. im looking at less than 25psi of boost as theres still some problems with heads lifting if boost higher. ive looked at a few compressor maps and have come up with running a t66 at about 20psi but im not totally sure. im looking for around 650rwhp or so. any suggestions guys?

FWIW, a big reason i posted here instead of ls1tech, is like i said above, they run bigger turbos with less boost and from what i know that causes a shorter powerband.
