Default Need help with turbo parts selection please

can someone give me a quick run-down. I want to build my turbo for under 2500. I will prolly buy a remanufactured t3/t04 hybrid turbo or t3 which is better for the money, what else?
revhard manifold, I don't want to spend more than about $350?
vortech fmu, if so which particular one?
wastegate, Tial?
reasonable intercooler, say $500 bucks comparible to greddy type 24
best BOV $200 range? Best sounding/performing, HKS, Greddy?
where do I get a downpipe to fit the turbo?
do I need to uprgrade injectors?
best turbo timer, HKS, GREDDY, or APEXI
thanks in advance for any help or info you guys can provide.
I have a 99 civic si, I plan on boosting under 10 psi
