Default NEED HELP WITH TURBO FLANGE!!!!!

Wuz up HT I was just wondering what Kind of Flange this is on my turbo. Turbo is T3 Borg Warner GM-1.

That turbo usually has the flage as part of the cast elbow/dp for the diesils its used on. You'd probably be best off getting a thick steel plate, then drilling the 5 holes in it you need.

Make a gasket for it and send it to bmcrace he will make any flange as long as you send him a gasket?

I have no experience with making flanges or welding so I was looking to buy one thats already premade. Do you guys have any more suggestions.

All you need is the steel plate, hacksaw, and hole saw. A 3" holesaw/arbor is under $25 for a good one (or borrowed), scrap steel can be found anywhere, and drill bits can be borrowed. Expect more than $25 for a custom, unusual flange.

I'd suggest looking at the diesil websites, there's a good chance you'll find a GM website that offers it for sale.

to date (6 months later) I have found ZERO flanges for that perticular turbo.

If u wanna upgrade to a GM3 (RHB6) hit me up: I have a perfect condition turbo with the infamous exhaust elbow [included] you can even cut the elbow's flange area off to weld on a DP (not recommended) or send it in to get a flange made. If you ran with the elbow and turbo as a top-mount setup, then it would be the best configuration for that turbo IMHO.
