Default Need help with turbo edit map

So my buddy chipped my ecu before i shipped my car out here to guam and when i got the car its running really rich,I live on the navy base out here so I need to get base stickers on the car asap or they will tow the car. Its a 91 crx with a DOHC ZC running 450ccs, 10psi. i don't know how to post the fuel map on here so everyone can see it. and tell me whats wrong. someone can tell me how to post it up that would be very help.

If you went from TN to Guam, the humidity, temp, and elevation are rather different. I'm betting since it is so warm there compared to TN, your maps need adjustment. Find someone to tune it for you there, get the maps corrected.
