Honda's use the Speed-Density system for fuel injection. What do Speed-Density fuel injected systems use to measure (or in this case, estimate) airflow into the engine? Have you ever seen Karman mentioned in relation to anything concerning a Honda? A Honda isn't a Nissan, so you can toss that option.
You need a Helms for your car. Page 47 of the link you provided tells you which signals need to be hooked to up which wire. If you really have trouble identifying what needs to be connected to where, you might want to have someone else do it.
Be a litte more resourceful though. There are other Honda's out there that use this controller, so wiring info does exist for them. Signal naming conventions haven't changed in quite some time so you can at least try to cross-reference wiring diagrams from say...a 96-00 Civic to get the wire names you're after. Then look in your Helms and figure out where those particular wires are.
I've seen an ECU pin layout you posted once before and its not like what we have here in the states. We've got 3 ECU connectors - you've got 2, correct? So there doesn't seem to exist a drawn out diagram for your D14A4 - you'll just have to make one.
