Default need help reading these plugs (nitrous)

decided to pull my plugs today and check em out. i'm runing a wet 50 shot on my JDM B18C (10.6:1) and ngk bkr7e plugs...the plugs in #'s 2,3,4 looked fine with the exception of having some carbon deposits on them...(i'm running these plugs on and off the bottle), but the #1 was partially melted...and i think the gap was a little bigger than it was supposed to be. (i have the new ones gapped at .035. is this correct?) am i detonating or what? running rich? help.
thanks.

k maybe i wont be doing that 200shot plate system on my 20psi high compression motor...I would say that you are running super lean, or something...bad plug maybe? Melting is obviously not a good sign...wonder what the rest on #1 cylinder looks like...
