Need help picking a turbo for the track
had experience w/ the TD04 on the 1/8th, but i'm looking for a better turbo for this distance, what can all of you recommend? any sort of times you can share...the 1/8th seems to short, but just a little too long for small turbo? what do you guys think?
the 1/8th works the lower gears pretty hard, so something that spools fast and still gives good numbers to redline is ideal. You want to go with a GTR25 ball bearing model or the GTR30 BB. The BB will give you mad spool and efficiency to high rpm which is what you will need. I would relaly invest in a good clutch because lost time shifting is more prominent in the 1/8th than the 1/4.
