Default Need help picking a turbo

Yes another one of those threads
Been searching the forum but can't find exactly what I want
And I really would liek some one to confirm the right turbo for me.

Goal - would like over 300 whp on low boost (pump gas) and then with some race gas and higher bosot say 400 whp (or there abouts as everyoen knows it is addictive and want to leave some room to move/grow but not too much)

This is on a B18c with rods and pistons (CR 9.5:1) standard block though (ARP studs)
Would not want somethign too laggy say boost start around 3000rpm and hit full boost under 5000 rpm
This is currently on a log style mani with an external wastegate
Car will do drag racing and some circuit work hence why don't want it too laggy and not expecting great times down the quarter 11's would be sweet.

Been thinking of these turbos
Precision SC44
Turbonetics 60-1 O or P trim (?)
T3T4 with a 60 trim
or do I save some more and get a BB turbo
How laggy are the GT30/40
or get a BB version of the precision turbo above

Advice with reasons would be very appreciated
Thanks

lol if you only want 300hp then just get a t3/t4, you'll be good

No not just 300hp would like to get to 400 if possible on my setup with some race gas
I have a T3/T4 already but its exhaust housing is too small only a 0.36 with a stage 1 wheel and I am getting compressor surge
Can't seem to find a 0.63 housing to fit (here in NZ) and not sure if the turbo will make it to 400hp so thinking about selling it and changing to one of the above or any one that would meet my goals
Thanks

if it was me, i'd do a GT30r. i love that turbo.

on a 100% stock B16 i made 310whp at about 8-9psi of boost, and it was super responsive.
