I have a stock turbo b16 street tuned making 250 275hp ish guess based on other setups I use a Comp stage 4 and beat the ***** off it and clutch holds it every time! Lots of 2nd gear burn outs lol! I think it would hold 400hp. Honestly you should base the clutch off tq! B16's don't make tq so you should be good!!

no such thing as overkill when your using just a single disc , stage 3,4,5 dnt matter ill just get competition stage 5 clutch kit n call it a day .once you get to 500+ then you would want a twin disc

choosing the right set of clutch is base on how much torque your car make, go on act website and look at all their disc and rating and pick one that is most suitable for you. i personally love the act extreme pressure plate and the six puck race disc and have use 3 set so far, but! this is off topic! has anyone experience using act pressure plate clutch and pro lite flywheel notice that some how that the clutch been eating some of the outer edge of the flywheel bolt not bad enough to where you can't take off the bolt but bad.

The above comments are correct. For 350-450whp, the exedy stage II part number 08950B is whAt I recommend for street/ track use. It uses. 3 puck spring hub that is very easy to engage but is able to hold over 300ft/lbs nicely. Break in is a simple 350 miles And doesn't turn your leg into a sausage. I recommend that over the ACT Comp clutch line.

Clutch Masters fx400 will do the job nicely and be very driveable or step up to the fx500 for more capacity. Both drive nice on the street and are 6 luck clutches so there pretty smooth.

I've always been a loyal competition clutch user myself. From my sr20 s13 to my civic. I guess it helps that they are local to me and my friends work there. Plus they stand behind their product 110%

I have a Competition stage 5, with the extreme pressure plate. Wouldn't have it any other way. It has taken a ton of abuse. Still holds strong several years old too!

Yea they make a good product plus you can call any day and talk to a person about anything from buying a clutch to technical support, etc

Also they keep a failry soft pedal feel since they don't mess with the diaphragm and fingers...
