Need help making a reasonable price

What do you guys think, would you consider it?
I'm selling my 97' Integra LS and woulk like to know how much you think i can get out of it (in Cali).

Red, 138k, turbo'd at 130k
CARB Legal Greddy Turbo kit plus type 31 fmic
Greddy boost gauge
Greddy turbo timer
Lightened flywheel ~9 lbs (act)
ACT Full face clutch (6 months old)
GSR Tranny (shifts great, pefect condition)
KOYO radiator with 2 slim fans (1 month old)
NGK plugs, NGK wires, new distributor, new oem thermostat
SMOG LEGAL - have actual smog numbers (barely passed)
All power wndws, dl, mrf, ps
No body damage, complete stock setup
Resurfaced head
New head gasket
ARP head studs (retorqued)
New belts
Valve readjustment
Boost set at ~6 psi
New brakes + rotors
Stock deck and tweeters
Stock clutch + flywheel available
Stock tranny available
Kept timeslips from my runs at the track just this week. Best time was 14.45 on the stock tires. Looks completely stock from the outside other than the intercooler. Very simple setup and its a good daily driver. Haven't had any problems with the cops at all. I was hoping I could let it go close to 8k.
What do you guys think? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

What shape is the exterior in, and how healthy is the motor aside from the new things listed, like compression???

Not everyone is always just interested in the performance aspect when it comes to buying a car.

Honestly i would tell all my potential buyers to give me thier best offer and what ever
sounds best you go with IMO!........good luck.

Well, it's an all black interior. Pretty clean I guess, no stains or scratches at all. Non smoking car, and it's a clean title, with a ding on the driver side mirror. I'm placing an ad on cars.com on sunday, i'll post when i get it.

Hmmm, true, but most of the people around my area are pretty cheap, or atleast the ones that i know, but I"ll definitely keep that in consideration.
