Default Need help with intercooler piping

I am going to use these pipes http://www.jcwhitney.com/autop...10101 but I need to know what the hell it means when it says ID OD I am pretty shure its input diameter and output diameter but why is everyone different like the only ones that are the same say swaged infront of it? Its a SOHC with a greddy kit and a 30" long johnnyracecar intercooler anyone set anything up like that before?

I am also going to be using the JC Whitney aluminized piping. ID = inside diameter, OD = outside diameter.

81ZX3031U 180 Degree Mandrel-Bent Aluminized Tubing, (A/B)=12", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2" (You will need to order two of these)

81ZX2953P 90 Degree Mandrel-Bent Aluminized Tubing, (A/B)=10", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2"

81ZX3035N 180 Degree Mandrel-Bent Aluminized Tubing, (A/B)=24", (C)=5", ID=2-3/8", OD=2-1/2" (This one I am using to make my charge piping, so if you already have that, you don't need this pipe)

Yeah on a larger turbo but ~2.3" should be fine for mine, the turbo is like the size of my fist.

Not impossible, but it would be much better to use a TIG.

You need to take the aluminum coating off (sanding). Then it's basically just mild steel so you can use anything to weld it.
