need estimated price on sleeving...
im going to drop a b20 into my del sol.
i want to go all motor for a bit, say... 150 to the wheels. i've seen them hit 153 on just an itr 4-1, cheap cai, generic cat-back, ls IM, 64mm throttle body, and ls ecu.
not bad. anyway, how much would it be to get the block sleeved...
i really have no idea what it entails, or what sleeves i would i want. i'd like to run 7PSI on it. i know you can run it without the sleeves, but they are a nice piece of mind.
any ideas anyone?

What are your power goals? Unless you have a huge *** turbo, you probably won't make that much at 7psi and won't need to sleeve.

If you only want 210whp, sleeving would be a waste of money.

At 7psi, sleeving a block isnt necesarry. You can do without sleeving a block at the low psi. Once you are doing in the range of 12+ psi, then a sleeved block would be a good idea so you have it prepped and ready for more boost.
Our Sleeving service is $880 and includes Bore. hone, hot tank and Step Deck.
Turnaround time is about 1-3 days upon receiving your block.
Our process is:
1. Receive your block and tag it for a work order.
2. If its a bare block, then it can get sleeved ASAP.
3. If there are parts bolted on it it such as mount brackets, oil pick up, oil pan, etc. we usually take it apart that same day or the following day and then the block is
prepped to be sleeved.
4. Once the Block is sleeved, the block is wrapped in celophane and the deck surface is protected with padding and bubble wrap. Its placed in a box protected with more padding and packing peanuts and its sent to you, ready to assemble.
* We require that you send your pistons in as well so that the pistons are measured and matched to the cylinders when we hone the block. This procedure DOUBLE CHECKS the piston size and clearances so you get a proper hone for each piston.
