Default need help identifying these sleeves

does anyone know by chance what brand sleeves these are? my buddy bought this block used a couple years back, and has since lost interest in the build. I'm considering buying it off him but am a little unsure about it though because there is no stamp or engraving on the block anywhere.

Never seen before, but It's weird that they would actually "drill" into the sleeves themselves for the cooling holes.

At every spot where there is a hole passage makes me think that there is no purpose to that sleeving because the hole just made a thin sleeve wall.
The wall thicknesses seem to vary from hole to hole too. Example The one on the lower mid far left looks to have a thinner wall than the one on the lower mid right.

Looks like the block has been 'cement' filled too.
My guess is that somebody did a poor job at drilling out the passages and altered the sleeve integrity.

well I think the picture makes the holes look varying in size. I see your guys' point about the hole placement though, makes sense. this is the only picture i have of it. I'll see if i can get some more here soon. just so you know also the reason why the blackish color on the sleeves is because he sprayed a dry lubricant spray on it to prevent rusting.

Either LA or rs machine
But for the simple fact that there is in even spacing between cylinder's 2&3 as mentioned before I wouldn't buy it
The sleeves could not have been installed correctly (centre of each crank throw) so they had to offset the bore in the sleeve to make the piston centred to the crank causing the thin wall between sleeves
