Default need help identifying my turbo please

the inlet says .61, and the outlet says .83A/R i am new to boosted cars, and its on my 99b18c1 it doesnt have a brand stamped anywhere i can find, and im just wondering if this is an odd sized hybrid turbo, i have searched and couldnt find many any turbos with these specs, the guy i bought the car from said it was a sc61 so please if anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it

nevermind i was just under the car, and it has precision turbos stamped on it, i cant tell if the outlet says .63 or .83, there is no definant line in the 8 so im assuming its an 8, sorry this is the most recent pic i have, my digital camera is broken
