*advice

Eagle rods
Cp pistons
10.1:1 compression.
1000cc injectors with injector driver if not using ID. Injectors.
Not a fan of kits so your on your own there.
Can't recommend a turbo based off of psi.
Search youtube find a horsepower level that looks fun and go from there.
Good luck.

Boost pressure means nothing...especially without telling us which turbo you're running

Power goal impacts a lot...until you decide on a goal, its going to be hard to answer a few of the following questions since power goal and the parts you buy are inter-related

Which turbo are you running?
What size injectors?
Which fuel?
Which spring in the wastegate?
Do you have a boost controller?
Compression ratio?

If the motor is apart and your building it you should think of strengthening the cylinders so you don't end up putting thousands of dollars into it just to rebuild due to a cracked sleeve.

So, in other words, you don't have a clue. I say that seeing as how you only answered one of the questions put to you. You're just clicking off names like it's supposed to mean something.

Where did you pull 300-350hp out of? Some arbitrary number?
FAQs. Read them. Many times. Stop asking for it to be handed to you. Spoonfeeding is not beneficial when dealing with forced induction.

So why and try re-invent the wheel then? Ask the guy what's in his build. Duplicate it.
