need help with a few things
my car has been standing for about 1 year and it will soon be back on the road with a new turbo conversion (was turboed before i took it off the road)
and i have a few questions
as i said the car has been standing for a year and the engine aint been started in that time will this cause any probs to the engine
i will be doing a service , compression check, new cam seals needed and cam belt at the same time
is there anything else i should do and what should the compression be
and any other pointers before i acctually start the car

oil pressure light, it is on when the engine isnt running. goes out when it starts. basically what i am saying is to build oil pressure in the engine before you start it. i do it with all my swaps.
Thats too confusing. Just do this. Take your spark plugs out. turn the key to the power postion. For 50 seconds. Then crank the car over. Then put the spark plugs back in. Then start the car.
It does the same thing as he said above. Just easier.
